In the house on Wiedner Hauptstraße, traditional hospitality has been upheld for over 100 years. The famous "extra mile" for each visitor is especially important to the staff here. Guests very often become regulars and are known by name and their associated extra requests. The fulfillment of these wishes is a great concern to the staff at the Erzherzog Rainer.

A great concern of our guests was always the installation of air conditioning. It was with great pleasure that this project was implemented at the beginning of 2019 and now not only the public rooms but also all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
